Artist statement

I am drawn to the unique geometric forms of the houses in my Brooklyn neighborhood, Victorian Flatbush. I enjoy the challenge of capturing, and distilling their Victorian-qualities: many faceted, colorful, light and dark, mysterious. I am fascinated by their layers of association and meaning.
