Twenty eight members of the Brooklyn Watercolor Society will be showing recent paintings at St. Francis College in Downtown Brooklyn starting March 11th and running through March 31st. Gallery is open Monday through Sunday from 9 AM to 7 pm. The Brooklyn Watercolor Society was founded in 1973 by a group of professional artists and art teachers with the goal of sharing their knowledge and enthusiasm for the medium of transparent watercolor. Over the years the group has exhibited in a wide variety of venues in and around the borough; The Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Kingsborough College, and the National Arts Club to name a few.

There will be an artisits' reception March 11, 2010, 6-8 pm.
